Warranty

Discovery Sound Technology LLC (DST) warrants the tool manufactured or sold by it to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year, and unless otherwise stated, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser except that:

This warranty shall not apply to any tool which has been improperly maintained, or used in any application for which it was not intended.
This warranty shall not apply to normal wear which can reasonably be expected in normal use of the tool.
DST liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion, of the defective tool.
